LONG TERM RENTAL

We offer properties for long term rental. The minimum rental period is 1 year.
 
Included in the rental price:
  • Community costs
  • Housing tax
  • 24/7 service from R&B Homes
Not included in the rental price:
  • The costs for gas, water, and electricity.  -- We will ensure that we transfer the contracts for gas, water, and electricity to your account number so that you pay this straight to the energy company.
  • Internet. --You must conclude an internet contract with the internet provider yourself. We can assist you with this.
  • Your own content insurance and liability insurance

WINTER RENTAL

We generally offer winter rentals from October to March.
Some properties can also be booked in April. The monthly price in April is around €150,- higher.

The minimum stay in a winter rental property is 1 month.

By paying of the deposit amount, you book the property. After payment you will receive the booking confirmation and the bank details for the rental payment.

You will receive the deposit back if the house is left tidy and undamaged.

Included in the price per month is:
  • Energy costs (gas/water/electricity) up to a maximum of €150 per month. -- We take the meter readings on arrival and departure.
Not included in the price per month are:
  • Mandatory final cleaning, price depends on the accommodation
  • Washing the linen package (if available). You can leave this clean yourself or ask us to wash it. Price depends on the amount of laundry.

Arrival time: From 15:00 to 20:00

Departure time: Before 10:00

Arrivals on a Sunday, a public holiday or after 20:00 (till max. 22:00) are possible for an additional fee.
